  1. Keep Your Voice Down -- Rediscover Silence
    (talk softly in the elevators and lobby)
  2. Acknowledge & Respect Others
    (including LCo Staff & LCo Security)
  3. Speak Kindly and Do Not Use Profanity
  4. Do Not Loiter/Smoke at the Lobby Entrances or Outdoor Stairways
  5. Be a Considerate Tenant/Employee
  6. Respect the Environment You Work In
  7. Clean Up Your Own Mess
    (including cigarette butts, fallen pieces of tissues or paper towels in the restroom)
  8. Don't Hop/Climb/Jimp Over Railings
