Work Order Procedures for Remodeling/Alterations

Please use the work order system which is easily accessed through the CityView Properties website.

How to use the online Work Order Request Form

  1. Go to the Tenant Services section of the CityView web site
  2. Click For Residents with other Internet Access
  3. Click Choose your location
  4. Click Go
  5. Fill out personal information and request/problem etc.
  6. Click Submit Query

Inquiries that fall into this subject include, but are not limited to, hanging pictures, installing chair-rails, wall coverings, shades, etc.

Tenants' suites are cleaned daily.  This includes:

  • Emptying trash and recyclables daily.
  • Vacuuming daily (If suite contains kitchenette or hard floor surfaces, they are swept or mopped)
  • Dusting once a week

The cleaning staff does not clean individual desks.  This avoids any disruption or items being disposed of that should not be, etc.

Dishwasher soap, Sink Soap & Paper Towels – Tenants are responsible for supplying in their suite or may request via work order (see above) and will be invoiced.

Shredding – Tenants must empty shredded material from shredder into recycle bin.
